Director’s Message
It is a privileged for Emuna International to be located in Singapore, a nation that is home to a wide range
of cultures, ethnicities and religions. Our learners are proud to come from diverse backgrounds; they
celebrate and learn from each other’s perspectives, and they take pride in taking action to make the world a
better place.
With the renowned Singapore English and Mathematics combined with the International Primary
Curriculum (IPC) it equips our learners with the foundation of education which set bright pathways for their
future. Our learners are critical and creative thinkers, empowered by inquiry-led learning and an
expectation that they will be independent learners who create meaning from their experiences.
Our Story
Emuna International School has always been an inclusive, child-centred learning organisation. It started off
as an enrichment centre focusing on personalised education tailored to each student’s needs. The programme
focuses on building and strengthening basic skills to prepare proper integration and participation in the
society. Emuna complements education with self-confidence and empowers our students to discover their
passions, achieve their goals and be the best that they can be.
Our team is comprised of dedicated and passionate professionals who are constantly challenging themselves to find creative and impactful ways to help our students in achieving their goals. Emuna International School aims to provide quality education that not only utilises skills in academic environment but also cultivate a strong socio-emotional well-being.

Gavin Chong is the founder and heads Emuna International School. A lawyer by profession and a successful entrepreneur who is passionate about education. He started this inclusive and child centred organisation that focuses on building and strengthening skills of each student to better participate in society. Gavin aims to provide world class primary education at an affordable price which is attainable to foreign families living in Singapore.
Michelle Domingo

With more than 20 years’ experience in education, Michelle is well equipped with knowledge and management skills to lead Emuna International School into a thriving organisation. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and currently completing her Master’s in Educational Management. Her expertise in child development ensures that Emuna maintains its goal in being an inclusive organisation.
Jeevitha Thamil Selvan
PEI Academic / Examination Board Member
Jeevitha is equipped with knowledge and skills to support students with additional needs. She has a diploma in early childhood education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology nd currently completing her Master’s in Counselling. She has done various voluntary works in hospitals and schools related to child development. Jeevitha is an experience educator who is able to guide and lead Emuna International School.
James Natividad

James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is equipped with more than 20 years of knowledge in behaviour therapy and social thinking for kids and teens. He has attended numerous social thinking trainings by Michelle Garcia Winner. James experiences are essential to Emuna International School to excel in being an inclusive organisation.
